Doosan launch new Stage IIIB-compliant portable compressor

Doosan Portable Power have launched their new 9/305 portable compressor. The Stage IIIB-compliant unit is powered by a Cummins QSL9 engine that delivers 254kW (340hp) at 1,800 rev/min. The 9/305 compressor uses a combination of exhaust gas recirculation, diesel oxidation catalyst and diesel particulate filter technologies to meet the Stage NIB regulations. It produces a free air delivery of 29.9m~3/min at an operating pressure of 8.6 bar. The 9/305 model is part of a new family of large Doosan portable compressors based on a common platform that includes the new 9/275,12/250,17/240 and 21/220 models with free air deliveries from 21.5 to 30.0m~3/min at operating pressures from 8.6 to 21.0 bar.
