LafargeHolcim appoint new CFO

RON Wirahadiraksa has been appointed as LafargeHolcim's new chief financial officer (CFO) and Executive Committee member, with effect from 1 December 2015. He will succeed Thomas Aebischer, who is pursuing new opportunities outside the LafargeHolcim Group. Dutch-born Mr Wirahadiraksa is currently executive vice-president and CFO of the Philips Group, which he joined in 1987. After working in the Netherlands, Greece, Malaysia and the US, he became CFO at LG.Philips LCD in South Korea in 1999. In 2008 Mr Wirahadiraksa became CFO at Philips Healthcare, and in 2011 he took over as CFO for the Philips Group, playing a pivotal role in the transformation -of the company.
