HeidelbergCement launch Aggregates-CI programme

HeidelbergCement have begun a continuous improvement programme in order to continuously optimize their operational and commercial working processes in sand, gravel and crushed rock. The new programme, known as Aggregates-CI, follows the margin improvement programme, CLIMB Commercial, that successfully concluded at the end of 2015. Aggregates-CI will be implemented at all of the company's 500+ production sites worldwide and its process enhancements are expected to lead to sustainable result improvements of €120 million by the end of 2018.
