MPA warning over proposed change to NPPF

THE Mineral Products Association (MPA) says the proposed draft revision of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) will further weaken the mineral planning system and further threaten the replenishment of aggregate and other mineral reserves that represent the largest material supply in the economy and are essential for the delivery of house building and infrastructure.
