摘要

A very well-written article that is pertinent, topical and relevant today. What I have seen in my experience is that it is easier said than done in practice, particularly for micro-managers (we have them in abundance). Leaving our comfort zones is the main obstacle in letting go because most of us don't like uncertainty. Thank you for sharing the checklist for letting go with grace. The past several editions of Quality Progress, in my opinion, have been the best in terms of content, usefulness and reading satisfaction. Great work to everyone involved! According to research by organizational psychologist Steven G. Rogelberg, 50% of people surveyed said meeting time is disengaging, and feel that meetings are poorly run and ineffective. In addition, 68% said that time in meetings was wasted and unproductive. Some ways to make meetings more meaningful include limiting the number of attendees, establishing expectations and keeping attendees engaged.
