Editorial - European Network for Business and Industrial Statistics 2012

It is with great pleasure and pride that we introduce to you this special issue of Quality and Reliability Engineering International dedicated to the European Network for Business and Industrial Statistics (ENBIS). The special issue contains papers presented at the 12th Annual Conference of ENBIS as well as several other papers authored by members and friends of ENBIS. The 12th Annual Conference of ENBIS took place at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia, with Professor Shirley Coleman (Newcastle University, UK) as the programme committee chair and Professor Irena Ograjensek as the organising committee chair.
