Mondi to install new corrugator at Czech Bupak packaging site

Mondi Group plans to make further investments at its Mondi Bupak corrugated packaging facility in Ceske Budejovice.The company has earmarked an investment of €30m, which will be spent on a new corrugator and a Customer Experience Centre. The new corrugator will double existing converting capacity of the plant to more than 200 million m～2, according to information by Mondi. The investment is scheduled for completion in 2020. Mondi Bupak will mainly focus on e-commerce customers so at the new Customer Experience Centre a team will offer consultancy services for customers along the entire value-addition chain.
