Will newsprint producer Papresa be sold in July?

US investment fund KKR is allegedly conducting intensive negotiations with potential buyers of the Spain's sole newsprint manufacturer Papresa, located in Renteria in northern Spain.The Spanish press reports that a Chinese company and Indian paper manufacturer Kejriwal Papers are interested in buying Papresa. The sale could take place in July at a price of €100m, it is said. Neither KKR nor Kejriwal responded to requests from EUWID regarding the transaction.
