摘要

The tie worn by Kristen McKechie from OPUS International Consultants at the 2005 Adelaide conference - which was made famous when cut in half and subsequently, by magic, put back in one piece - made a reappearance at the conference Extravaganza Dinner in Canberra. The magic tie was again put up for auction to raise funds for charity by its Tasmanian based owners, Brighton Council. The tie was beautifully framed by its first owners the Walkom twin brothers, John and Kevin, who are well known in local government for their work as 'Techni-Clean'.
