Profits and NAV leap at Assura

Primary healthcare provider Assura has posted a 16% rise in net asset value (NAV) to £1.5bn and a 37% surge in pre-tax profit to £108.3m for the year to the end of March. Rent collections continued to be in line with "normal patterns", the company said. Assura announced an eighth consecutive year of dividend growth, its quarterly dividend rising 4.2% to 0.74p per share.
