Bond Wolfe has best sale yet as February auction raises £20m

West Midlands auction house Bond Wolfe raised £20m at its auction last week - its highest-performing sale to date. The firm, which held its first auction in March 2019, sold 200 of the 212 lots offered at its 27 February sale, reflecting a 95% success rate. Prices ranged from £200 to £750,000. The star lot of the day comprised two semi-detached Birmingham houses, which were offered with a guide price of £695,000 and went under the hammer for £750,000. The houses, which are let, have a total of 10 bedrooms and a communal garden and produce an annual income of £59,798.
