TR Property Investment Trust, which invests in European listed property companies, has taken profits in big UK and London-focused REITs in recent months, after a rally in domestic real estate share prices. Fund manager Marcus Phayre-Mudge said: "I have been taking profits in the UK larger cap names and reduced London exposure as share prices return to pre-referendum levels."
