Orion Capital Managers seals deal for BT's City of London HQ building

Orion Capital Managers has finalised the deal to buy BT's St Paul's headquarters in the City. The Orion European Real Estate Fund V bought the 300,000 sq ft building (pictured) for £209.6m. The deal includes a leaseback agreement, which will allow BT to remain in the building for 30 months ahead of its move to a new headquarters.
