Kingston council snaps up two local offices

Kingston upon Thames council has acquired Kings Place and Conquest House from Goldman Sachs for £42.5m. The adjoining office buildings, which are located in the centre of the town, cover a total of 98,209 sq ft. Rents are around £29.50/sq ft and the majority of the space is occupied by Italian oil and gas contractor Saipem.
