Law firm lands at St Peter's

Law firm Addleshaw Goddard has agreed terms to occupy 55,000 sq ft at One St Peter's Square (right) in Manchester. The firm has placed under offer two-and-a-half floors at the building, concluding its two-year search for office accommodation in the city. It will relocate from its current Manchester base at Barbirolli Square where its lease expires in 2017, joining KPMG and DLA Piper at the 280,000 sq ft scheme. It brings the occupation rate at the Argent and Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund-owned scheme to 64%, just days after it officially completed. Addleshaw Goddard is the final tenant to move from the Barbirolli Square office buildings after PwC, EY and DLA Piper all relocated.
