Allsop income rises by £17m amid regional retail upturn

Allsop has posted a £17m increase in income in its latest commercial auction, as a growing appetite for regional retail assets boosted sales. A total of £82.3m was raised from 138 lots in the auction this week - compared with £65m in the previous auction in May - at a success rate of 84%.
