Two tenants in tow at New York's 3 World Trade Center

Two occupiers are in talks to sign prelets at 3 World Trade Center in New York, which could kickstart development of the skyscraper. Group M, a division of advertising giant WPP is eyeing up to 600,000 sq ft and law firm White & Chase is interested in occupying 500,000 sq f1 at the 80-storey, 2.8m sq ft tower. Larry Silverstein, founder of developer Silverstein Properties, had suggested the tower could be capped at seven storeys if anchor tenants could not be found quickly.
