BP's Aberdeen hub for sale

Pramerica is to sell one of Aberdeen's best-known properties: the North Sea exploration headquarters of oil giant BP. The German fund manager has appointed Cushman Si Wakefield to put the building on the market for £57.2m, reflecting a yield of 6.75%. The 192,837 sq ft asset has an average unexpired lease length of 8.67 years.
