Frogmore's Cornish staycation project

Frogmore has bought a 20 acre "eco-retreat" development in Cornwall to tap into the "staycation" market. The fund manager paid £4.4m for the site and will fund the project which will take its total investment to more than £30m. Cornish developer CC Leisure is building the scheme, known as Una St Ives (pictured), on the site of Little Trevarrack Holiday Park, near Stives.
