Calvin Klein parent Warnaco Croup has preleased an office block in London's Shoreditch at around £36/sq ft. It is believed to have agreed to take a 10-year lease on the 30,000 sq ft office element of 80 Great Eastern Street which is being refurbished by local landlord Starprop. Warnaco is believed to be moving from the West End to the fashionable area, and was originally linked to areas such as King's Cross and Paddington. However, Shoreditch has become increasingly attractive to creative and fashion occupiers.
