One of them could be undercover.LaSalle Investment Management plans to use "mystery building users" - the property version of "mystery shoppers" - to help improve management of its offices and make them more appealing.Over the summer, LaSalle commissioned consultant Nice4Work to send mystery building users to 38 of its 44 large multi-let office buildings in the UK. It wanted to know how its buildings were performing, so it can improve them and retain tenants.
