Prime industrial yields fall as investors return to market

Prime industrial yields fell by 50 basis points in July, as competitive bidding pushed prices up -particularly for single units and multi-let estates.Cushman &Wakefield's latest update on the UK property investment market shows yields for distribution sheds dropped from 7.75% to 7.25% across the UK. For estates in the south-east, they fell from 8% to 7.5% and, for estates outside that region, from 9% to 8.5%.
