Second-time purchasers give Midlands a Help to Buy boost

People buying their second home account for 24% of all sales under the Help to Buy (HTB) scheme in the East and West Midlands, This figure is higher than in any other region in England and 19% higher than in London, where second-time buyers make up just 5% of HTB sales.
