Internos sells €22m French office portfolio

Internos Global Investors, the €3.9bn(£3.05bn) owner-managed real estate fund-management firm, has sold a portfolio of three offices in south-west France for €22.2m. The sale was completed by Internos on behalf of a Swedish pension fund. Two of the office buildings are located near Bordeaux, in Merignac and Floirac, and another in the Basso Combo district of Toulouse (pictured). The three buildings total 161,460 sq ft and are fully let with a weighted unexpired lease term of 4.3 years.
