Segro has prelet eight units at its speculatively developed View 406 scheme in Enfield - its first speculative scheme in north London. The lettings total 42,100 sq ft, with a further four deals totalling 13,410 sq ft under offer and 12 of the 15 units set to be let ahead of completion. The companies taking space include: Garden Foods, which will take 22,840 sq ft; Nicholls & Clarke, which will take 10,660 sq ft; and MCE Wholesale with a 6,260 sq ft unit. View 406, which will be completed next month, includes a 44,100 sq ft prelet development with Premier Inn, which will deliver a five-storey, 96-bedroom hotel and restaurant at Advent Way, plus 84,150 sq ft of speculative industrial development.
