Old sheds of Wiltshire and Hampshire elevated to altitude

Around 60 London industrial agents made a varied tour of Hampshire-Wiltshire sheds on 30 January. They started with breakfast at Altitude 303, a redundant paper distribution depot at Andover. Then they continued along the A303 to hear Goodman's plans to convert Andover airfield into a business park. Finally the agents saw the beginning of Home Bargains' development of a lm sq ft distribution depot at Solstice Park, Amesbury. While the airfield and Solstice Park give future occupiers a blank canvas, Altitude 303 on the Walworth Business Park demonstrates how it is possible to bring life to a park that has been owned since the 1960s by Test Valley Borough Council, which refuses to relinquish the freeholds.
