Cushman & Wakefield staff in line for $380m windfall

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) employees are set to share in a $380m (£246m) windfall if the company completes a planned sale of the group. Earlier this week, Italy's Agnelli family, the dynasty behind Fiat and owners of 81% of C&W, put the world's third largest real estate agency up for sale for around $2bn(£1.3bn). A sale would result in C&W's 16,000 staff, who own the remaining 19% of the company, sharing in the spoils. It is understood that top management is in line for $50m and the remaining staff could net an average of $22,000 each if a sale is completed.
