Sheridan reflects on single life after Culverwell

Since leaving Culverwell last August, Stewart Sheridan has transacted £80m as a lone agent. After 15 years at the retail specialist, he set up Sheridan Property Consultants in February, having served six months' garden leave, and has not looked back since. Although he is still in the final stages of agreeing his severance agreement from the Culverwell partnership, last month he acted for Ediston Properties in its purchase of Heathfields Retail Park in Ayr for £32m and for Millvalley in its £35m sale of the House of Fraser in Glasgow.
