Jersey's banks and accountants have grown impatient waiting for development of the waterfront. As evidence, Dandara has just announced that most of its 37 Esplanade speculative office development has been placed under offer nearly two years before the tenants move in. PWC, KPMG and State Street Bank are rumoured to have placed 65,000 sq ft of the 83,000 sq ft development under offer.
