Paris burning with slew of sales

German investor Deka Immobilien has sold the "Axe France" office building in Paris (pictured) for around €166m to a pool of French investors. DTZ Asset Management advised the investors on the purchase of the 236,000 sq ft scheme. The office block is in the 13th arrondissement, in the south of Paris. It was completed in 2001, and was bought in 2004 by the Deka Immobilien Global open-ended mutual property fund.
