US: four of top five investment cities

Four of the world's top five cities for investment in 2013 are in the US, a survey of investors conducted by the Association of Foreign Investors has revealed. New York and London are joined on the list by San Francisco, Washington, and Houston as the best cities for investment this year, the Foreign Investment Survey said last week.
