Targetfollow Group, the largest shareholder in Woolworths, has hired CB Richard Ellis to value the retailer's largely leasehold property portfolio to prove the business has some value.Naghshineh said that the brand name itself, its stores' good locations and the fact that he believes the business will be turned around by new chief executive Steve Johnson means the business is undervalued.He said the company's share price of around 4p, which values the company at less than ￡60m, is far below the company's worth and its property portfolio is worth much more than City stock market analysts claim.Woolworths has sold several of its leaseholds, including three stores to fashion brand H&M.Earlier this year it sold a batch of stores to Waitrose and has also sold smaller high street units to Tesco.
