Henderson Park and Deutsche Finance International close debut funds

Henderson Park and Deutsche Finance International (DFI) both closed their debut funds this week, The Henderson Park Real Estate Fund 1 raised $2,2bn (£1.7bn), well above its target of $950m. On top of this, Henderson Park raised $750m of capital, which will be invested alongside the fund.
