DuPont Agrees to Decrease Air Pollutants

Under the Clean Air Act settlement, which requires major sources of air pollution to obtain preconstruction permits before making changes that would result in significant increases in those pollutants, E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Co. has agreed to spend $66 million on controls to reduce air pollutant emission levels.
