A new website from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and National Institutes of Health (NIH) serves as an outlet for reporting safety problems related to foods, such as animal feed, animal drugs, pet foods and adverse events occurring during human gene transfer trials.rnThe site, called the safety reporting portal (SRP), will eventually include information on safety problems arising from products regulated by various federal agencies.
