Has most leadership in this competitive world devolved into not much more than paint-by-numbers? Churning leadership that repeats old approaches-perhaps the same old song with different words? Alternately, is the art of creative leadership one key to achieving superior results? Arguably, many hard-nosed leaders might scoff at the idea of art in leading a company. But I've also found that extreme executives rarely engender much engagement in their workforce.
