The UK Commission for Employment and Skills has announced new arrangements for developing the pan sector standards which cover enterprise, management and leadership, administration, industrial relations, customer services, marketing and sales and languages.rnThe Council for Administration (CfA) will act as the lead body working closely with CMI, other leading professional bodies and key partners.
