This unusual book takes its leadership lessons from a climb for charity, which the author, a business executive, led up Mount Kilimanjaro. Sixty per cent of the group of 28 climbers - including seven disabled people - made it to the top, against the average of 35%. But while the book is unusual, it is also delightfully easy to read.
