I knew where I wanted to go, but no idea how to get there. The Foundation for Social Improvement (FSI) has given me the tools and skills that I need to run our charity better. Last year we raised ￡25,000, this year ￡50,000, and next year I'm going to go for six figures. I really believe that we can do this. Sometimes I rabbit on. My training helped me focus on what areas are most important to people that don't know anything about the charity, and what I should be saying to get them interested. And when to stop talking!
