Many women are uncomfortable taking charge and being in control of their working lives. However, they have no problem taking control in the bedroom. I wanted to hook this confidence and flick it into work. Women are now likely to have to work all their lives, so this is more important than ever. It's written for women, but the concept is gender-neutral. Everyone should be doing this. Often young men starting out need the same sort of guidance. I've had great feedback from men who have found it applicable to their professional lives.
