The fourth annual Scotland Conference aims to leave 200 like-minded delegates with an infectious sense of purpose. The programme will include talks and workshops that explore how to unite an organisation around shared goals. Phil Jones MBE CCMI will lead one keynote address; the managing director of Brother UK believes that shared purpose is a magnet for talented new recruits. He will be joined by Alison McGregor CCMI, CEO of HSBC in Scotland, who sees purpose as a driver of productivity. Karyn McCluskey, CEO of Community Justice Scotland, will also speak. She credits having a united team as one factor underpinning the halving of Scotland's homicide rate in the past ten years.
