In the midst of the Christmas and New Year holidays, next June's CFA examinations are likely to be far from the minds of all but the most enthusiastic candidates. However, those of you who plan to use a training course as one of the main parts of your preparation should now be in the process of choosing between the different providers. Individual study using the original texts specified by AIMR is a perfectly valid studying method, and has served many candidates well over the years; if, however, you have decided to use a training'provider, here are some points to consider.
