Entitled NHS Innovations, the idea aims to tap into the knowledge of this vast workforce. The scheme aims to help NHS staff to commercialise a whole host of ideas that can advance healthcare. Ideas can range from new medical devices to improved patient procedures. And they can come from anywhere in this huge chain of staff.
