Is NAB getting too big for its boots? Robert Carolan sounds out the post community's views on the show. It is NAB time and convergence is yet again the main message. But this time it's not sci-fi and we might actually see technologies converging before our very eyes. So be prepared for numerous demos of webcasting and streaming media - as well as hearing buzz words that no one really understands such as 'metadata'. For those in at the deep end it's quite clear that the infrastructure is far from ready for prime time.
