HTC (htc.com) plans to add new suppliers and is currently discussing orders for 2011 with PCB makers. HTC expects this year's smartphone shipments to hit double to 45 to 50 million units. Current suppliers include Career Technology, M-Flex and Flexium Interconnect, among others. A federal bankruptcy court ordered Mark IV Industries to remove contaminated groundwater at its former PCB manufacturing site in Albuquerque, NM, say published reports.
