The chief executive of Advanced Circuits' (4pcb.com) parent company says PCB fabricators are well-priced, and the segment is attractive for acquisitions. On an August conference call with investors, Compass Diversified Holdings' CEO Alan Offenberg said of the printed circuit industry, "[T]he assets are very attractively priced today in that sector, and from a long-term investment standpoint, this is just really a great time to be a buyer.
