Foxconn's India 'Investment'

IT started, as often it does these days, with a tweet: This will never happen. My tweet was in response to a reports that Foxconn plans to create at least one million jobs in India by establishing up to a dozen manufacturing sites in India over the next five years. A follow-up tweet elaborated my skepticism: #Foxconn has a history of not following through on promised/planned investments.
