摘要

In this paper we have presented some results concerning phase diagrams of semiconductor compounds. We studied chalcogenides based semiconductors which are now the promising materials for microelectronic applications. We have shown that a basis thermodynamic approach can be made using The concepts of inorganic solid state chemistry, a good approach of these Concepts were made by Philips and van Vechten [17]. These phase diagrams description is very important in a view of crystal Growth process and an extended calphad approach of these multicomponent Alloys is now necessary.
