Skangas to acquire Risavika LNG plant from Lyse

The Gasum subsidiary Skangas and the Lyse Group have signed an agreement concerning the sale of the Risavika LNG production plant. The acquisition of the Risavika production plant will strengthen Skangas' presence in the downstream of the LNG value chain and secure Skangas' commercial position in the Norwegian market and North Sea.
