Hutchison expands its Middle East commitment

The concession at RAK Ports' container terminal at Saqr Port, which Hutchison took over in January 2018, is the latest Hutchison port operating concession in the Middle East, other ports including Ajman (UAE), Sohar (Oman) and Damman (Saudi Arabia). Hutchison Ports will operate the facility for a period of 25 years. The terminal will operate under the name Hutchison Ports RAK. The first shipment for Hutchison was in November 201 7, prior the official take-over in January 2018.
